Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Denerova, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or you may need a different size or product. This policy explains how returns and exchanges work and the steps you need to follow.

General Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date unfortunately cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request

Our customer support team will review your request and provide the return instructions and return address

Carefully package the item and include the invoice or a note with your order number

Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made with your order.
Returns by Mail
If you choose to return an item by mail, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original condition and include the invoice or your order number
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return a product, you must arrange the shipment with the carrier of your choice. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our side.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@denerova.com and our team will assist you.
Order Cancellations
Our cancellation policy allows cancellations within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Uncollected Packages
If the customer does not receive the package, it may be transferred to the local post office for pickup. If the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it may be destroyed by the carrier and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
