Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to assist with the claim process.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
